Josie is a Soul Leap Life Coach, Communications Expert and Public Speaker

She is certified through the Co-Active Coaches Institute and holds her PCC designation from the International Coaches Federation.  Captivating audiences like the Royal Bank of Canada, Barrick Gold, and Grant Thornton Josie supports organizations and clients to bridge the gap between desired relationship outcomes and actual impact, through improved self-awareness and compassionate truth speaking. Over two decades of practice Josie has developed her signature Soul Leap Foundations Coaching Program, a combination of eastern philosophies with western psychology which points her clients to the exact learning they need to connect with their authentic self and align with who they are free from cycles of disharmony. A gifted facilitator Josie has developed and executed over 30 self-awareness retreats locally and internationally evolving participants and their relationships for good. Josie's belief that everything is connected and meant for our learning was tested as a life altering diagnosis in 2018 changed her ability to authentically communicate and pushed her to undergo brain surgery in 2023, which she now calls the story of her miraculous EDGE. What is a Soul Leap?

A Soul Leap is you evolving for good.

A Soul Leap happens when you finally get the learning that's right here on your doorstep and LEAP into your next level of growth, self understanding and evolution in your relationships.  

You see, you have been sent the exact people and circumstances for your greatest evolution.

Everything in your life, the challenges, the triumphs, the ups, the downs, the surprises and curve balls are all guiding you to your learning.  When it is illuminated you can see it, you can feel it, and therefore you can heal it.  This is where the magic happens and you and your relationships evolve forever.

My coaching is intuitive, strategic and healing

  My clients are tired of biting their tongue and know they need tools to face their big emotions and better communication to move past what's in the way of the creating outcomes they desire.  They are contemplating life decisions, and ready to get real and heal what's in the way of their greater fulfillment.

What happens in your busy life

Either through a form of conscious or unconscious self-betrayal - a part of your relationship starts running on autopilot; like driving to the grocery store you may get there and not even realize how you did.  It's causing you suffering and your not sure how to break the cycle.  That's what I am here for, together we'll decode what your learning is for greater ease and peace of mind.

When you're on auto pilot you are denying your intuition and giving your power away.

You experience a loss of discernment and trust in yourself. This combined with your core beliefs, mindset and programing from your upbringing can keep you stuck and repeating a cycle of uncomfortable or painful exchanges with the ones you love.  This can even be with yourself.

The focus in our coaching is you.  We don't look to fix or change anyone else since that's not possible.   We look at all the exact learning in your story and decode it.  We get real, really real around what you want and how you can create the environment to experience this.  It's exciting and thrilling to see your life transforming, not only your relationships but your health, your wealth your autonomy it all plays a part in finding ease and peace of mind.
